When the ARM program was formed, we had a mission to deliver to our customers a superior insurance product which focuses on affordability coupled with elite customer satisfactory. Over the course of ARM history we have grown into a market leader within the transportation industry with plans to expand our program further in the coming years. This growth is fueled by our strong and long lasting customer relationships and the prudent decision making performed by the ARM leadership group. Given our tenure in the insurance business, we leverage a vast knowledge of historical data, along with substantial knowledge on the legal landscape of court rulings and landmark cases with impact the legal liability placed onto policyholders. This experience means our customer are in great hands and safeguarded with best in class business practices.
We are a risk retention group, which means the policyholders of ARM are also its stockholders. Membership is limited to only companies which engage in similar businesses, which are commercial auto businesses which operate taxicabs, sedans, for-hire, ride-sharing vehicles, and similar types autos. Ultimately this translates to having an insurance company which is custom tailored to meeting the needs and demands of its customer base.
